Accommodation

iRAD 2024 is going to take place at IIT Indore from January 10-12, 2024. The conference is being held in physical mode and active participation from various sectors across the country is anticipated. To cater to the need for accommodation of the participants, the following facilities are arranged:

(1) Institute accommodation:

IIT Indore Campus – TEQIP Guest House

Individual single rooms are available in a 5 BHK Flat with a common Kitchen, 2 washrooms and 2 bathroom facilities with 24-hour hot water and Wi-Fi facilities.

Charges – 1250/- per room.

(Limited Room Availability- Please indicate your preference in the Google Form (https://forms.gle/xB6eJTTagJ3cUd248). The rooms will be provided on a first come first serve basis. ) A separate mail confirming the institute accommodation along with the payment link will be sent to the selected participants.

(2) Outside accommodation:

Please fill out this form (https://forms.gle/WLcMKFTCQnyXDzWW9) to avail the pickup and drop-off facility to the conference venue.

Please find below the hotel details, participants can directly book their accommodation. We will arrange To & Fro pickup/drop off service from the below-mentioned pickup points. You can also book a nearby location and catch the conference transport from these locations.
